AAQUILIX ("AAQUILIX", "we", "our", "us"), incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 (CIN: U72900KA2020PTC000000), with its registered office at Bangalore, Karnataka 560001, India, operates the AAQUILIX AI Platform ("Platform") at www.aaquilix.com.
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 ("DPDPA"), the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and the UK GDPR — AAQUILIX acts as a Data Controller for data collected via this website and as a Data Processor for client infrastructure data processed through the Platform on behalf of enterprise customers.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Website and Account Data
When you interact with our website, register for an account, or submit an enquiry, we collect:
- Identity data: Full name, job title, company name
- Contact data: Work email address, phone number
- Account credentials: Hashed passwords, tenant identifiers
- Transaction data: Subscription plan, payment references (we do not store card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay)
- Communication data: Enquiry messages, support tickets, demo request details
2.2 Usage and Analytics Data
- Pages visited, features accessed, session duration
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
- Referral source, UTM parameters

2.3 Platform and Infrastructure Data (Client Data)
The AAQUILIX Platform operates a client-local AI brain: all infrastructure telemetry, alert data, runbook content, and configuration data is processed within the client's own network. This data is never transmitted to or stored on AAQUILIX servers. AAQUILIX may receive anonymised, aggregated performance metrics solely for platform improvement purposes, subject to a Data Processing Agreement.
2.4 Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, racial origin) from end users
- We do not target individuals under 18 years of age
- We do not purchase third-party marketing lists

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Sub-processors: Infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure), payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay), email delivery (SendGrid), analytics. A full list of sub-processors is maintained in our Data Processing Agreement.
- Legal requirements: Where required by Indian law, a court order, or competent regulatory authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice to customers.
- With your consent: In any other circumstance with your explicit consent.
5. International Data Transfers
AAQUILIX is incorporated in India. Some of our sub-processors operate infrastructure in the EU, US, and Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside India or the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards through:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) where applicable
- Adequacy decisions or equivalent protections under DPDPA 2023

7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

8. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for internal systems, annual penetration testing, and framework-aligned information security management. 9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended solely for enterprise business use by individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately at support@aaquilix.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered account holders at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
